These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 558jl Casino ("558jl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 558jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, services, and content available at 558jl.club and any associated mobile or web-based interface (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for a 558jl account, logging into the Platform, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of the 558jl service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read together with 558jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the overall agreement between you and 558jl.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 558jl Casino website at 558jl.club, including all games, account management interfaces, payment systems, and related services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User to access the Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the sum of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's 558jl account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements or other conditions.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process, by which 558jl verifies the identity and age of Players using government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behavior described in Section 8 of these Terms as being forbidden on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority for gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond 558jl's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or telecommunications failures.

To register and use the 558jl Casino Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced by 558jl. There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person. Companies, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by law.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 558jl Platform or any other licensed gaming operator under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 558jl or any of its affiliated game providers, unless expressly permitted in writing by 558jl.
7. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.

To access real-money games on the 558jl Platform, you must complete the account registration process and submit to KYC verification. The following requirements apply:

4.1 Registration. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 558jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain circumstances prior to allowing gameplay with deposited funds, 558jl may require you to verify your identity by submitting one or more of the following: a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, SSS Card, driver's license, or passport); proof of residential address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 558jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login details. You must notify 558jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account security.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 558jl Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 558jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion will be applied to Player accounts.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 558jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. 558jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method and your account verification status.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit to your 558jl account, unless otherwise authorized by 558jl following satisfactory identity verification. 558jl aims to process withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening procedures. Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

5.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your 558jl account, you warrant that the funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 558jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering legislation and may request evidence of the source of funds as part of its verification procedures.

5.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 558jl will notify you via your registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee, as further described in the Platform's fee schedule.

558jl may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives to new and existing Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion expressly states that multiple claims are permitted.
• 558jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already validly claimed and in active wagering.
• 558jl may, at its sole discretion, require a Player to forfeit a bonus and associated winnings if 558jl reasonably believes that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing genuine play risk; collusion with other Players to exploit promotional offers; or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonus credits and real-money funds held in a Player's account are treated separately. The order in which real-money and bonus funds are used in gameplay will be as specified in the relevant promotion terms or, in the absence of such specification, as determined by 558jl's system.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 558jl Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between general Platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All random-outcome games (including slots, bingo, and instant games) on the 558jl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. 558jl does not alter, influence, or predict RNG outcomes, and no outcome can be affected by any prior game result.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are facilitated by professional game studios using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained and monitored dealers. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical outcomes in real time and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery of a game or the accuracy of a game result — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — 558jl reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return any stakes placed to the applicable Player accounts. 558jl is not liable for any inconvenience or anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

7.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game result is inaccurate or that a technical error has affected your session, you must notify 558jl support within 72 hours of the disputed outcome. 558jl will investigate using server-side game logs. 558jl's determination of the correct outcome, based on server records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 558jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or circumvent Platform rules.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit errors, software bugs, or mathematical loopholes in games to generate winnings beyond what would occur in fair play. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward 558jl staff, live dealers, or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform through unauthorized means, including VPNs or proxy servers used to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.

558jl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We recognize that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of our players from Manila to Davao, carries the risk of problem gambling for some individuals. 558jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that notify them of elapsed playing time during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and a permanent lifetime ban. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be suspended and no new account may be created.

558jl reserves the right to independently enforce responsible gaming measures, including imposing deposit limits, temporarily suspending accounts, or requiring Players to complete a responsible gaming review, where 558jl has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player's gambling behavior may be problematic.

All content on the 558jl Platform — including but not limited to the 558jl brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, text, images, software, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 558jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

558jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; use the 558jl name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without 558jl's prior written consent; or use automated tools to scrape, index, or aggregate Platform data.

Any unauthorised use of 558jl's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 558jl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 558jl account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 558jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 558jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 558jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

11.4 558jl is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their account credentials, or from the actions of third parties who obtain access to a Player's account through no fault of 558jl.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 558jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 Suspension by 558jl. 558jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; risk management determinations; or regulatory requirements.

12.2 Effect of Suspension. During a period of account suspension, the Player will not be able to access the Platform, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Pending withdrawal requests will be held pending the outcome of any investigation.

12.3 Forfeiture of Balances. In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — 558jl reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits. Any forfeited funds may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

12.4 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their 558jl account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

558jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 558jl will notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 558jl Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.4.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 558jl recommends checking this page whenever you receive a notification of a Terms update.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 558jl, you agree to first contact 558jl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 558jl will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may submit the dispute for resolution before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
